Zesty Egg-Free Mayo-Like Sauce

Makes 1 serving

2 T. olive oil
12 jarred capers in salt
1/2 t. thyme
1/2 t. dill weed
1 T. water
1/2 t. sea salt
1/2 t. lemon oil

Blend in a blender cup until smooth. Serve with savory dishes or on salad.
